Reflections, Intentions, and Growth

To begin: Find a peaceful spot, grab your journal, and take some time to reflect. What happened in 2024?

This exercise is designed to help you celebrate where you’ve been, honor where you are, and gently set intentions for where you’re going.

Approach this with kindness towards yourself and with sincere curiosity.

Recognize how far you’ve come and consciously invite more of what feels aligned and abundant into your life for the year ahead.

REFLECTIONS on 2024

Let’s begin by celebrating the wins and transformations you experienced in 2024.

  • What moments, habits, or choices brought you the most joy, ease, or alignment?

  • What routines, tools, or support systems helped life feel a little more fluid and confident?

  • How did you grow in health, relationships, work, finances, or personal growth?

  • What lessons or insights shaped you the most last year?

  • Think about your most meaningful experiences—what do they teach you about what you value most?

INTENTIONS for 2025

Let’s dream about what you’d love to invite more of into your life this year.

Your Word for 2025: What single word captures the feeling, vibes or focus you want to embody this year?

Aligned Growth: Based on your reflections, what habits, routines, or actions made you feel most vibrant and aligned? How can you lean into more of those?

  • Example: “I felt energized when I prioritized morning walks, so I want more of this in 2025.”

  • Example: “I showed up in my relationships with presence and care, and I’d love to deepen this connection.”

CREATE your MOJO MANTRAS

Mantras are powerful daily reminders that help you align with your intentions and values. Create 2 to 5 simple, heartfelt phrases you can return to each day to ground yourself in what matters most.

Examples:

  • “I am grounded, present, and open to joy.”

  • “I invite ease and connection into my relationships.”

  • “I choose habits that nourish my body and soul.”

  • “I trust the flow of life and my ability to grow.”

Write your mantras somewhere visible—on your mirror, your phone, or your journal—and let them guide your daily actions.

Bonus: If you don’t have a Mojo Track yet and are curious about elevating your mantra practice, check out Mojo Tracks at https://wendycolonna.com/mojo-tracks.

These personalized audio tracks combine your mantras with music that resonates deeply, helping you build new neural pathways and deliver your affirmations straight to your subconscious mind. Plus, the music works!
