Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly A Life Designed Community Membership subscription at any time by sending a message via our Contact Page with the subject line "Cancel My Membership," giving 3 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE to cancel your subscription. All requests will be processed Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm CT.  

You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges on your account. NOTE: Your renewal date is based on the date you signed up (check your credit card statement for this information). On cancellation, you will not be entitled to receive a refund or credit of any fees already paid for your subscription.  

If you cancel your subscription, your access to the member-only courses in the portal will automatically end on the last day of your billing period.

Cancelling during the free trial period

You may cancel your free trial account at any time during the free trial period by sending a message via our Contact Page with the subject line "Cancel My Membership," giving 3 BUSINESS DAYS NOTICE to cancel your account. All requests will be processed Monday through Friday between 9 am and 5 pm CT.

You must close your account before your renewal date in order to prevent any charges on your account. A Life Designed does not offer refunds if the account is not closed in time and please note, the only way to end your trial and avoid charges on your account is by contacting our team with 3 business days’ notice.

If you cancel during the free trial period, your access to the member-only courses in the portal will automatically end when you cancel.

Portal access

For clarity, cancellation of a subscription may not terminate your ALifeDesigned.org account. If you have purchased premium courses, you will continue to have access to those through the portal.
