Anchored: A Telegram-Based Coaching Program with Dean Abbott

Face to face coaching, while helpful, can be very expensive, and the structure doesn't work for everyone. Not everyone needs an hour of conversation once a week. Some people need ongoing help in the midst of life. They need accountability, support, and transformative conversation on fly, as things are happening.

That’s why I’ve developed Anchored, a Telegram-based coaching program designed to provide you the help you need when you need it during a 30-day period.

Anchored is a form of asynchronous, responsive coaching for people feeling the pain of crises, managing transitions, difficult life circumstances or who are just struggling to live with a deeper sense of clarity, alignment and meaning.

The process starts with a short, face to face meeting online to get to know each other. The rest of the process takes place over the next 30 days on Telegram, an end-to-end encrypted secure messaging platform .

Clients reach out with up to one hour of messages per week whenever they want or need through the month with a description of their situation, matters where they are seeking clarity or anything else on their minds. Barring serious, unforeseen circumstances, I respond within 24 hours (usually much sooner) with feedback, encouragement or conversation designed to prompt deeper exploration.

It’s a kind of coach-in-your-pocket approach to life. A convenient and more affordable approach to acquiring a resource that supports you as you make valuable changes in your life.
