• This program's focus is specifically about achieving forgiveness of others.

• Angela’s approach is not religious in nature, although that was, indeed, her early orientation in life toward forgiveness (Judeo/Christian). Many others have spoken/written of forgiveness from the theological angle over the ages, but that isn’t the focus here.

• Nor is her approach generally spiritual in nature, although she agrees that the state of forgiveness can feel spiritual to those who are spiritual. (And in at least one instance during her lifetime, it certainly felt that way to her.)

• Rather, the approach Angela takes in this program is more along the lines of the physiological and psychological, especially in regard to physical health, personal awareness & awakening, and self-actualization. 

• Throughout the program, Angela cites the work of several highly respected and learned experts in the fields of medical and behavioral science, and what she includes also comes from personal experience. 

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Angela has worked with professionals in career transition for 30+ years, including nearly 15 years spent as a recruiter. In addition to providing resume writing and career advising services through her company, she's written 3 books and produced hundreds of articles, podcasts, and programs about career, job search, and personal development.
