Week 3: Switching the Channel: Choosing Better Inputs This week, we’ll audit our media habits, limit negativity, and create 3 agreements to focus on inspiring, hope-filled content.

Week 4: Creating Your Power Playlist This week, we’ll curate a feel-good playlist to instantly boost our mood, reduce stress, and reconnect with our personal power.

WHAT TO EXPECT EACH WEEK

Week 1: The Thoughts Running the Show

What to Expect: This week, we’ll take a deep look at our daily thoughts and beliefs. We’ll examine which thoughts are keeping us stuck and which ones we want more of. Through guided exercises, we’ll create three affirmations that align with how we want to feel.
