AI is integrating into your daily tasks at a rapid pace. Your phone, email, calendar, chats, and search engine programs all have native AI built in. Becoming adept in these native AI options prepares you for the next steps.
Our 3-month development program takes you from the beginning user experience to the breakthroughs that embody the promise of these new tools.
We use a cloud-based platform with access to all major AI tools and offer a Slack channel for daily support as the learning progresses.
Month One
One-on-one coaching for owners, founders, and executives on the key areas that will deliver early ROI.
We select the top 3-5 task areas and get you up and running inside the native AI features of your most-used applications. We coach you to rapidly become comfortable and efficient in the key areas of your workflow.
(This month one part of the program is also available for groups of team members as needed.)
Month Two
One-on-one or group coaching (members of the same work teams).
This phase is about leveling up with partner activities/tasks that include multiple people to collectively support an entire project’s goals. This works for off-the-shelf or industry/propriety software designed for the work you do. What group tasks are used to manage group delivery efforts? Everyone learns and refines the AI tools together. Everyone comes up to speed in real time.
Month Three
One-on-one or group/pod* coaching for breakthroughs with key bottlenecks or challenges.
Applying the lessons learned in months one and two, this phase offers the greatest ROI using AI tools within your business or project. We focus on the use of semi-autonomous agents designed for your tasks, industry, and preferred tools. We break it down like this:
➡️ Create formats/architecture for achieving desired results within the preferred tools
➡️ Establish protocols for safety, containment, and who is responsible for what
➡️ Establish token budgets
➡️ Create measurable targets and monitoring for progress towards outcomes and reporting back to leadership
➡️ End the project, summarize results, and review for future refinements
*Pod is a term for multi-talent implementation teams to include: executive or project manager; IT or other tech staff; team members or staff.
