This challenge is designed to help you cultivate and maintain a positive, grateful attitude every day and tap into the powerful vibrational energy of Gratitude.
Tips and techniques are shared in the program, providing resources as you practice each week, shifting your daily attitude.
Here's a quick summary of what we'll be focused on in each module...
Module 1: How does Gratitude work? We explore the psychology of being grateful. We begin weekly exercises for cultivating daily gratitude.
Module 2: Inner Circle Gratitude. We design ways to reach out to our closest family and friends and share what we are grateful for in our relationships with them.
Module 3: Workplace or Community Gratitude. We consider simple ways to share gratitude with neighbors and coworkers.
Module 4: Personal Development and Spiritual Gratitude. We look at supporting your Spirit and Faith journey – we reach out to those who introduced us to prayers, scripture, faith literature and other ways to connect to God or Source.
NOTE: Previously offered as a 4-week live challenge with start and end date, this program has been made available for you to engage at your own pace, and there's no expiration date on your access to the materials. You can follow the recommended weekly pace or take as much time as you'd like. It's 100% up to you!
