Your Inner Voice has something important to say. It wants to help you act upon your deepest convictions and live your best life!

This Journaling Challenge will introduce you to your Inner Voice.

In the early part of the program, you will overcome your self-judgements, identify limiting beliefs, clear blockages, and release old stories, criticism from others, and self criticism.

In later modules, you will listen for your Inner True Voice on a topic of consideration and write until you “hear” it.

In this program's 4 modules:

You'll journal to find 3 Key Questions about your concerns, boiling it down to the fundamental personal or professional challenges you face.
You'll journal about the future and about the possibilities that may develop as you resolve the concerns you have identified. What do you desire? What new results might be achieved?
You'll journal using prompts, and you'll experiment.
You'll consult your inner voice to determine a way forward, and you'll journal about your results.
