With about 8 billion humans occupying Earth, we need strategies to get along with one another. Some of us have been taught to “Love thy neighbor as thyself.” but how do we accomplish that, exactly?!

The Mirror Project is a 3-week course that offers simple but profound steps to take, with each week building upon the previous week, until we can see the light shining in our fellow humans.

With this weekly practice, we see how changes we make internally are expressed in our outer world, through the people we meet. The world “mirrors” how we, ourselves, actually see things.

Note: I will ask you to indulge me in the 1st week - and to be in Trust. This has worked for my clients! You may need to “suspend judgment” or give me the “grace” of your best effort. When it works, you will forever be able to make meaningful changes in your life experience. The world is actually a mirror of our own interior life, our energy and our strongly held beliefs. Beliefs about ourselves and about those we interact with in our daily experience.

The 3 weeks include daily practices, and invite you to journal or take notes about the changes you see. It breaks down like this:

Week 1: We smile. 

Week 2: We smile and think (not say) “Namaste.” Namaste is a Sanskrit word that means “The light in me is also in you.” 

Week 3: We smile, think “Namaste” and also offer a “common reflection.”

Finally, at course completion, we will recommend some next steps to consider. And we always invite you to share your experience in the Community Forum!
